Paella with traditional flavor

The Paella Valenciana is a symbol of our country's cuisine that has become one of the most cherished, popular and varied dishes worldwide. A culinary dish made out with rice which absorbs the flavors of the ingredients; the broth, chicken and vegetables such as broad beans (legume that is widely cultivated in Valencia) and green beans known as bajoqueta.

The Paella Valenciana was one of the typical dishes of the valencian farmers. A symbol of the cuisine of our country has become, thanks to its main ingredient (RICE), one of the most treasured dishes from around the world.

The authentic recipe does not include peas, peppers, onions, etc.
